How much does a maid for one day cost in Ranchi?

₹180 an hour, with a 2-hour minimum — a 3-hour visit is ₹540, paid to DailyDomestic after the work. There is also a ₹99 booking fee, paid online when you book — so 3 hours comes to ₹639 in total.

My regular maid is on leave. Can I book someone for a few days?

Yes. Choose the number of days (up to 15) and we send the same helper at the same time every day until your maid is back.

How soon can the maid come?

Same day in most areas of Ranchi. Book at least 2 hours before the start time; online same-day booking closes at 5 pm. After that, call +91-6204983837 and we will try.

What if no maid is available for my slot?

We tell you on the call and refund the ₹99 booking fee in full. If you cancel after we have confirmed a helper, the booking fee is not refunded.

Can I pay the helper directly after the work?

No. Pay the remaining amount to DailyDomestic only. If you pay the helper directly, DailyDomestic is not responsible for that money and will still ask you for the full amount.

Can I call the same helper directly next time?

No. Taking a helper's number or asking her to come on her own is not allowed under our Terms of Service. Households that do this are not served again, and DailyDomestic may take legal action. If you liked her, just book again here or call us and ask for her by name — we will send her if she is free.

Are the maids verified?

Yes. Every helper is Aadhaar and address verified and goes through in-person onboarding at our Ranchi office before any booking.
