How your final price is decided

The prices above are our standard monthly charges. Your final price is confirmed before the service begins and may vary depending on:

• Scope & difficulty of work — house size, number of family members, type of tasks (cleaning, cooking, both), and any special requirements.
• Working hours — 8 hours, 10 hours, or live-in.
• Location — your area within Ranchi and the distance involved.

We will always confirm the exact monthly amount with you on WhatsApp or a call before anyone starts work, so there are no surprises.

3-day trial period

Every placement starts with a 3-day trial. During these first three days you can request a free replacement helper if the match isn't right for your home. If you decide not to continue during the trial, you are only charged on a per-day basis for the days worked, at the rate discussed at the time of booking.

Monthly service after the trial

Once you continue past the trial, the placement runs for a full month. The monthly fee covers the helper's service for that month along with our management and WhatsApp support. You can discontinue the service at the end of a monthly cycle.
