1. Our Service

DailyDomestic is a managed home-help service that connects families in Ranchi with maids, cooks, babysitters, and other domestic helpers. We screen and verify helpers, help match them to your requirements, and provide ongoing support. We act as a facilitator and manager of these placements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry or booking.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Service charges, salary ranges, and any applicable fees are confirmed with you before a placement is finalised.
• Salary ranges shown on our website are indicative and depend on the helper's experience, working hours, scope of work, and your area.
• Payments for our managed service are due as agreed at the time of booking. Helper salaries are handled as part of the agreed arrangement.

4. Replacement Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a placed helper, we offer a free replacement, subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement within a reasonable time. The replacement guarantee covers the matched service and does not constitute a refund unless separately agreed in writing.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and respectful working environment for the helper.
• Treat helpers fairly and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Pay agreed amounts on time.
• Inform us promptly of any concerns, disputes, or changes in your requirements.

6. Verification Disclaimer

We conduct reasonable verification of helpers, which may include Aadhaar ID verification, address verification, personal interviews, and reference checks. While we take care in our screening, we cannot guarantee the future conduct of any individual. You are responsible for your own judgement and supervision in your home.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyDomestic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our service or the conduct of any helper. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid by you for the relevant placement.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking by contacting us. Any fees already incurred for work performed or services rendered up to the cancellation may apply, as agreed at the time of booking.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated Terms.
